This return policy applies to custom embroidery, patches, and appliqué orders placed with us in the United States. We operate from Phoenixville, PA and serve customers across the United States. Because embroidery, patches, and appliqué are made to your specifications, we have a limited return policy as set out below.

We provide clothing decoration services: embroidery (on caps, polos, jackets, bags), custom patches (embroidered or woven), and appliqué (on hoodies and jackets). This return policy applies to all such custom work ordered through our site or by contact from customers in the United States.
Custom Orders
Orders for custom embroidery, patches, or appliqué are produced specifically for you. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom work unless there is an error on our part (e.g. wrong design, defective stitching). If you believe we made an error, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order details.
Our Errors
If we shipped the wrong item, misembroidered a design, or the embroidery or appliqué work is defective, we will correct or replace the order at no extra cost. We may ask you to return the item for inspection. Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue.

Non-Returnable
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered by the customer, or artwork approved by the customer that later differs from expectations. Please review proofs and confirmations carefully before we proceed with embroidery, patch, or appliqué production.

This return policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Claims or disputes regarding returns or refunds for our embroidery, patch, or appliqué services may be subject to the courts of the United States or Pennsylvania.
